Principle of all supporters of the Buddha

For all Buddhist's or believers of Buddha or even non-buddhist's too.

They should keep these 5 basic principles, which the Buddha had taught, where he clearly mentions that keeping these 5 principles dutifully are much useful than any praying, worshipping, attending rituals and ceremonies:

1. Learn to give up killing: Practise not to kill, nor cause it to be killed, nor should he incite another to kill. Do not injure any being, either strong or weak, in the world.
2. Learn to give up stealing: Practise not to steal nor incite another to steal.
3. Learn to give up sexual misconduct: Practise not to commit adultery, prostitution, illicit sex.
4. Learn to give up lying: Practise not to tell lies or incite others to do so.
5. Learn to give up drinking alcoholic liquors and taking drugs that leads to carelessness: Practise not to indulge in the drinking and drugs nor encourage others to do so.

By keeping this 5 principles, he protects others and oneself. He does not create further fear and danger to others and oneself.

This are the requirements of a human birth, any person who observes this 5 things are considered a virtuous person, a good person.

Since this was taught be the Buddha personally, why shouldn't we as followers and believers uphold them? If we believe that Buddha can help us by praying, we should follow his teachings when he says that this is much better than praying... isn't it?

I still see many people praying to Buddha for help when the Buddha actually proposed something much better and leading to much happiness and inner peace...

Ironic world... but there are still wise people who understands... = )

Simple yet easily forgotten...

If you fear pain, if you dislike pain,
Don't do an evil deed in open or in secret.

If you're doing or will do an evil deed,
You won't escape pain:
it will catch you even as you run away.

用心

用心、用心。
除了使自己用心，
还要用心去包容别人的无心。

超绝的寿联

寿联= Birthday Couplets (生日写的对联，拿来祝寿用的)

据传闻，某奸臣为其母做寿，请人当场书写寿联，只见那人开始写道：“这个婆娘不是人”，
满座见之哗然，寿星见之欲发作，只见那人从容写道：“王母娘娘下凡尘”；
其下联是：“养个儿子是盗贼，偷来蟠桃奉至亲。”此联可谓“骂人不吐核”，让人有苦说不出。

这个婆娘不是人，王母娘娘下凡尘。
养个儿子是盗贼，偷来蟠桃奉至亲。

哈哈哈~~！！骂人骂的淋漓尽致了。。。LOLz
